This program is designed for women at any point in their faith walk. Whether you are new to the faith or you’ve been walking with Jesus for years, the goal is to meet you where you are and grow from there.
That’s okay. Your spiritual growth can still impact your husband and entire household. (1 Peter 3:1-2)
This program is designed for busy moms. Each session is one hour and is focused, intentional, and adapted to your situation. You’ll learn ways to include God in your everyday moments, so that it’s a natural overflow of your own faith growing.
The coaching typically lasts 12 weeks. Faith is a very personal journey and everyone’s pace is different. During those 12 weeks, we can go as fast or as slow as you feel necessary based on your situation. You can choose to not renew at 12 weeks if you are confident in your faith journey. You can choose to renew for another 3 months keeping your current pricing, or you can finish the program and just choose to do single calls here and there when you need a helping hand of guidance.
Not at all. The coaching program is designed to lighten your load, not add to it. I know personally I feel rejuvenated after I’ve been able to talk to someone about how I’m feeling and then been given practical advice on how to move forward in my spiritual walk. We’re inviting God into our lives and making small changes that lead to everlasting impact.
Life happens and I’m a mom, so I’m in the same boat as you. The program tries to keep a regular date and time for our sessions, but since they are every other week, there’s time in between to reschedule as needed. Just keep me up to date and we’ll work the scheduling out.
Prior to our initial call, you’ll fill out a google form with some questions about your faith, just so you’re getting the most out of our first hour call together. After that, there is nothing required. Although, if you have mom brain like me, when I go to the doctor, I keep a list of questions I want to ask and things I want to discuss. Similarly, I would encourage you to do the same in between our sessions, so we can make sure your questions are answered, issues resolved, and that we’re keeping up with how the changes are impacting your life.
It’s both… and yet neither. I designed this discipleship coaching program to reflect the way Jesus walked with His disciples. Just like them, you come just as you are and together, we follow Jesus more closely. Through 1-on-1 guidance using the Word of God, you’ll be rooted in your identity in Christ, and equipped to live out your faith in your everyday life—so just like the disciples, you’ll be able to lead others to Christ starting from those in your home and then to all nations. (Matthew 28:19)
Absolutely! That’s the purpose of the program. We want the whole family to grow closer to God. Let them be a part of what you’re learning, why you are making these changes, and ways that they can be part of those changes.

PART 1
Identity in Christ
Just like with a house, we start by building a strong foundation.
“Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain.” Psalm 127:1
“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.” Matthew 7:24-25
Our focus at first is all about deepening your personal relationship with Jesus, renewing your mind with truth (Romans 12:2), and learning to see yourself the way God sees you. As you become more rooted in your identity in Christ, you’ll begin to walk in strength and confidence daily.
PART 2
Rhythms of Grace
In this next part, we move from knowing who you are in Christ to learning how to walk with Him daily.
We’ll design a lifestyle of faith and spiritual growth by developing routines of prayer, Bible reading, worship, and quiet time with the Lord.
Many Christian moms struggle with feeling like they’re not doing enough spiritually—missing Bible reading or not having quiet time. But the truth is your daily life is already full of opportunities to connect with Him.
It’s not about doing an overhaul of your routines all at once, because this will just lead to overwhelm and eventually self-condemnation if you can’t keep up. But it’s about making simple adjustments gradually led with grace so you can remain consistent and bring about that transformation in your life you are looking for.
Let’s bring Jesus into the center of your season of motherhood and live out that abundant Spirit-filled life God called you to.

PART 3
Faith-Filled Family
Now that you are rooted in your identity in Christ and walking out your faith, it’s time pour into your family. The “pouring” is really an outflow of the transformation God has already been doing in you throughout the coaching.
This part is all about cultivating a Christ-centered environment in your home, not through pressure or perfection, but through gentleness, strength, and love.
“Fathers (or parents), do not exasperate your children; instead, bring them up in the training and instruction of the Lord.” Ephesians 6:4
So many Christian moms desire to raise Godly children, support their husbands, and create a home where Jesus is known, felt, and followed—but they’re not always sure how to do that in real life.
In this final part, you’ll be equipped with practical ways to change the atmosphere and culture of your home – leading your family in faith with everyone growing closer to God together.
We are meeting them where they are, and then helping them grow their faith. Just like Jesus did with His disciples and just like how you did in this program, except now you are the discipleship coach for your family.
By doing this, you are creating a legacy of faith that can and will impact future generations.
Now what I am commanding you today is not too difficult for you or beyond your reach… For I command you today to love the Lord your God, to walk in obedience to him, and to keep his commands, decrees and laws; then you will live and increase, and the Lord your God will bless you in the land you are entering to possess. This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live and that you may love the Lord your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him.
